Welcome to Joyous Learning - The Australian Unschooling and Natural Learning Network.

Joyous Learning is a wonderful, vibrant community of natural learners from all over Australia. We offer a dynamic information network to those already home educating, and a welcoming, encouraging environment for those exploring their education options. Joyous Learning is a place for families to connect - to ask questions, share ideas, receive support, and become inspired!

Our roots come from the attachment parenting philosophy, so our approach to home education reflects this. We respect and honour the individual needs of our children whilst nurturing their natural love of learning: guiding and facilitating as they pursue knowledge in their own unique ways. We believe in providing our children with a range of diverse learning resources, heping to instill in them a truly global worldview, one which is both compassionate and empassioned.

The site is still under development, but our aim is to provide a database of comprehensive articles and resources, one which will compliment our already thriving online community. Please feel welcome to contribute to the forums, or suggest articles or features for the site. We would really appreciate your input toward making Joyous Learning a fantastic melting-pot of ideas for families all over Australia! Thank you, and may learning contintue to be joyous for you all.
